A script right related error shows up instead of the extension versions table when the extension page author does not have script right

To reproduce: import an extension which have several versions with a user who does not have script right

The problem is that the <extension>.Versions.Webhome page contains the script (it imports it, but in the same result, since in the case of an important of such a page it's evaluated with importer page rights) instead of relying on a sheet, so it's not allowed to execute it (since that page's author does not have script right).
