AbstractHibernateDataMigration#getName doesn't support jakarta Named annotation

    Description

      We're supposed to support both javax and jakarta Named annotation, but right now when using a jakarta Named annotation in a migration its name is not displayed because AbstractHibernateDataMigration#getName only support javax Named annotation.
