Distribution Wizard report allows to delete page without confirmation

Reproduction steps:

• Install XWiki Demo 16.10.9
• Upgrade it to XWiki 17.10.2
• When the report step appears open the hierarchy of Sandbox
• Click on the red arrow next to the WebHome page of Sandbox

Expected result:

• Some dialog or form is displayed to ask user to confirm the action

Obtained result:

• The page is immediately deleted and a confirmation of the deletion appears
