Description
The go to search page element clearly indicates and operates a navigation function. Navigation should be done with a link.
As a user, I often want to open this in a new page, and fall short because the right click menu or shortcut to open a link in a new page doesn't work.
This means that in all these cases, I end up moving to the new page, copying the URL, moving back to the page I was editing/reading and then paste the URL in a new tab.
This is a usability issue that definitely fall in the scope of accessibility under https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/#identify-purpose for example. There's no clear rule about that in WCAG but for AT user's experience it's relatively important to differentiate links from buttons correctly.
