Introduce new Container component (using ThreadLocal variables) to prevent having to pass request/response/session data to all methods

This is part of the new architecture transition and is a prerequisite for the new rendering implementation too.

Note that right now only the Velocity Context is saved in the new Container's Request object. The idea in the future is to use more and more the Container objects till we can completely remove the "old" XWikiContext object.
