Resizing columns in Live Data makes the column title too small again

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the wiki index
2. Drag the handle between the Owner and Creation Date column to the left, continue dragging even when the column doesn't get smaller anymore

Expected behavior:

The column title "Owner" is still visible.

Actual behavior:

The column title is shortened even though there is still enough place because its container is smaller than the column width (see attached screenshot).

This bug was already present before, see XWIKI-19490, and was re-introduced in XWIKI-21009.
