Provide a runtime implementation of Jakarta Mail

One challenge is that Angus Mail (jakarta) and Sun Mail (javax) cannot be found in the same classpath. While we do use completely different packages and classes and have a few files in common...

I'm afraid we don't really have much other choice than to switch to jakarta.mail implementation only and to create a javax.mail <-> jakarta.mail bridge but that might easy.
