Section anchors become external links when exported to PDF if the target section heading comes from the content of a macro supporting wiki syntax

Follow these steps to reproduce:

• create page A with a content line this:

  [[link>>||anchor="HHeading"]]
  
  = Heading =
  

• create page B with a content like this:

  [[link>>||anchor="HHeading"]]
  
  {{info}}
  = Heading =
  {{/info}}
  

• export both pages in a single PDF file and check the 2 section links

Expected: both links are internal (jump to section inside PDF)
Actual: only the first link is internal; the second is external and opens in the Web browser
