UpgradeTests are not failing anymore in case of warning or errors during the job progress

    Description

      Since the decision taken in https://forum.xwiki.org/t/remove-log-validation-for-functional-tests/6026 to disable the log validation in integration tests we also disabled the validation of job progress logs performed in upgrade test. This was not expected and we should have proper failures of the tests in case of warning or error logs.
