Inconsistency in the notification userlink

The userlinks shown in the notification macro do not look like other user links:
no spacing, the image does not have round corners...

This inconsistency comes from the fact that it uses a different template:

instead of

This also means that there could be some specific bugs for this templates, or that it gets forgotten when improving the standard template.

For the sake of UX and maintanability, achieving consistency here would be an improvement.
