Like display for an unliked page is wrong if the current user cannot like it

How to reproduce:

• make sure the guest user doesn't have like rights on your wiki, but can view at least one page
• with guest, navigate to a page that hasn't yet been liked

Expected result:

• the like display at the bottom of the content should display an empty heart with "0 Likes" next to it
• this is what is displayed for users that have the right to like that page
  

Actual result

• the display shows a full heart with the text 0 Likes, disabled.
  
• the full heart display correspond to the display of the page after it has been liked at least once (disabled for users that don't have the right to like and enabled for users that can like)
