Add a color-picker in tables

As CKEditor project  is retired, following https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/CKEDITOR-515, opening this one in platform. Steps to reproduce:

• create a table in a page
• edit in Wysiwyg mode
• acces the cell properties by rightklick in a cell -> cell properties
• on the Background Color fill in a rgb code 

 
Result:
The background color in tables changed.
 
Expected Result:
Have the option of a color-picker in the cell properties > Background Color
