Design a client-side component manager

The goal of this task is to propose a design for a client-side component management module, based on our experience working with inversify on Cristal.

The main new features to add are:

• Handling of component priorities
• Decide if we want to fully isolate ourselves from Inversify (i.e., being able to switch to another implementation later).
