Derive the importmap from package.json in webjars

Currently, we only derive the importmap from xwiki.extension.javascript.modules.importmap properties.
From the example of mvnpm ImportMapUtil we saw that it is possible to derive some importmap entries from the package.json file stored in the webjars.
