underline property is not initialized automatically in XWikiPreferences for upgraded instances

XWIKI-21492 introduced a new global settings named underline in XWikiPreferences. This new class property was added in XWikiPreferences.xml but not in the class initialized so the old instances will not be updated correctly.

This needed to be fixed to all old instance should also have this class field.
