Children Of Pages With Quotation Marks In the URL Cannot be Shown and Cannot be Pinned

I didn't know which "Component" to choose.

I just wanted to start using pinned pages, and got a real headache because sometimes it was working, but in most cases I tried the "Pinned Child Pages" configuration page was just empty...

XWiki just said "No pages found" even though there were many children of that particular page - and the same for all children of that, and so on...

It took a while and a lot of trial and error to pinpoint it down to the fact that it failed in all page trees where one of the parent pages had quotation marks in the URL - not sure if other special characters also break it, but quotation marks - which are supported in page names and URLs - definitely do... :-/
