The order of the parameter groups can not be specified for xobject macros

Currently the order of the groups seems to be hard coded and this can make the user experience feel pretty bad especially that the optional group is the first. Would be nice to have a way of sorting the groups by either alphabetically (even though this I don't like it too much) or by the lowest value of the of the order property in that group.
