Avoid a hard-coded velocity call to retrieve the translation for the profile menu wiki item

See XWIKI-17837 . This specific UIX uses a custom velocity call instead of relying on the standard translation key for the UIXP. In order to keep things more consistent and simpler to maintain, we should deprecate this old translation key and assign a value to the standard one instead.
