LiveData's "More actions" (kebab) dropdown menu is not reachable using the keyboard

    Description

      Go to Page Index and focus (click) the page size dropdown (pagination). Then use Tab / Shift+Tab to navigate the links / buttons. The "More actions" menu is simply skipped.
