Global Administration has two entries for Extension Rights (Page & Children, Page)

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. In XWiki version 18.2.0-rc-1, go to Global Administration
      2. In the "Users & Rights" menu see the 2 entries for "Extension Rights:  Page & Chidldren" and "Extension Rights: Page" (see attachment).

      Expected result: There should be only one entry "Extension Rights" in the menu.
