Allow editing of a document title in inline edit mode

Currently, when editing a page in inline mode, like a Dashboard, the title of the document cannot be changed directly (it can only be changed from Wiki edit mode with an advanced user).

There could be a generic way for a sheet to enable title editing (like the title edit in inplace edit mode, where the title heading is replaced with an input), maybe even using a computed field.

We have XWIKI-7905 which was closed as Won't Fix (due to the fact that it should be the sheet deciding whether the title is editable or not).
