BlockNote editor fails to load if it cannot connect to the collaboration WebSocket

    Description

      Failing to connect to the collaboration WebSocket shouldn't prevent the editor from loading. Ideally the user should be allowed to edit, and the editor should retry the connection in the background at some (increasing) time interval.
