Add server-side translation support for BlockNote in XWiki

XS uses server-side translation, but as BlockNote was ported from Cristal it still uses some direct client-side JSON translations. We need to find a proper way to support both server-side translation (in case BlockNote is embedded inside XS), and client-side (in case Cristal is embedded in another project, e.g. NextCloud)
