The create user modal doesn't confirm when pressing the enter key

When filling out the information of the user being created, pressing enter should go ahead as soon as the required fields are filled. If some fields are missing, the creation should be blocked and a "This field is required." message should be displayed for the concerned fields.

Instead, pressing enter doesn't do anything, which is contrary to the standard behavior of HTML forms and makes it the keyboard navigation in XWiki worse.
