The title of a box macro / code macro is not displayed in a way that is distinguished from the box content

How to reproduce:

• add a box macro in a page
• fill in the content of the box macro
• fill in the title of the box macro

Expected result:

• the title is displayed bold, as described in the box macro documentation in https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Box%20Macro#HParametersdefinition .

Actual result:

• the title is not displayed bold, it's displayed in the same way as the content (for comparison, a warning macro that does display title as bold is displayed below):

The code macro, as it inherits all parameters from the box macro, and the behaviour as well, presents the same issue.
