Speed up extension import by skipping existing versions

XWIKI-14136 moved version to dedicated page, but also made the import a lot slower for extension with a lot of version because it has to load and check a lot of documents instead of a lot of xobject in the same document.

A solution would be to stop checking already existing version pages since it's useless 99% of the time.
