Deprecate the doc.web mapping and add doc.space in the Hibernate mapping file

Since XWikiDocument.[gs]etWeb was deprecated, and replaced by XWikiDocument.[gs]etSpace, the hibernate mapping should be updated to support using doc.space in queries, to map access to doc.web through the space getter/setter, and to log usage of this deprecated property.
