Store a date in ExtensionVersionClass and ProjectVersionClass xobjects

Extension release version objects and Project version object currently don't contain any date of release. It's a pity since it's a very useful information: browsing the list of releases it might be handy to know when a release has been made, and it's actually also useful for security embargo handling.
