The annotation delete action uses the ConfirmationBox widget instead of a bootstrap modal.

https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/DevGuide/FrontendResources/ConfirmationBox/ is inconsistent. I see two solutions:

• either we update it to be a bit more in line with our current theme
• we use a bootstrap modal like recommended in the doc instead.

Note that right now this box contains a hard-coded CSS icon, thsis solution is Silk only, it's one of the main reason why this looks so old.
