R171009000XWIKI24390 migration is executed again when migrating from 18.4.4

    Description

      It's because the 18.4.x branch was initially forgotten when XWIKI-24390 was fixed and so now we need to updated master's migration condition.

      Note that it does not break anything, but a lot of documents end up being re-indexed even if they don't really need it.
