Use reproducible timestamps in the XML doc update plugin

The XML doc update plugin (xwiki-platform-tool-xmldoc-update-plugin) currently sets the modification time of the updated document and the updated attachments the current date. This breaks reproducible builds. Instead, the build output timestamp should be used when set to ensure that the build remains reproducible.
