The 'New Image Style' field hint repeats the field label

Problem

The hint below the "New Image Style" identifier field renders the image.style.administation.newImageStyle.label translation key - the very key already used for the field's label - so the hint repeats the label instead of describing the field.

Steps to reproduce

• Go to Administration / Content / Image Styles

Actual result

The label and the hint of the identifier field show the same text, and the hint carries no information.

Expected result

The hint describes what the field expects.
