A rename always produce a DocumentCreating/edEvent even when the target location already exist

In which case it should be a DocumentUpdating/edEvent.

The delete done right before the rename make sure to not fire any event in order for it to be seen as an update, and yet does pass this information in any way for the rename to indeed expose it as a rename.
