Included pages links point to the current wiki for cross-wiki includes

Description

Cross-wiki includes are rendered correctly, but the links shown under Information > Included pages point to the current wiki instead of the wiki containing the included page.

The issue occurs in both directions:

• main wiki -> subwiki
• subwiki -> main wiki

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page in a subwiki, for example:
   code
   Sandbox.CrossWikiPOC.SubTarget.WebHome
   /code

1. Create a page in the main wiki containing:
   code language="xwiki"
   include reference="testwiki:Sandbox.CrossWikiPOC.SubTarget.WebHome"/
   /code

1. Open Information > Included pages on the main-wiki page.
2. Click the listed included page.

Repeat the same test in the opposite direction by including a main-wiki page from the subwiki.

Expected result

The link under Included pages points to the wiki where the included page is located.

Actual result

The link points to the same local page reference in the current wiki.

The included content itself is rendered correctly.
