The page title and the message are displayed with HTML entities in the Share Page email

The "Share page by email" mail (XWiki.SharePage) displays HTML entities and tags instead of the actual text, in all languages:

• HTML mail: the link to the shared page uses the page title escaped twice ($escapetool.xml($doc.displayTitle), while displayTitle is already rendered HTML). A page titled A & B is displayed as A & B, and a title with formatting (e.g. *Release* notes) shows the HTML tags (<strong>Release</strong> notes).
• Plain text mail: the page title and the personal message are HTML-escaped although the mail is plain text. For example, a message containing an apostrophe is received with ', and the title gets the same entities and tags as above.

Expected

• The link text in the HTML mail displays the plain title (A & B, Release notes).
• The plain text mail displays the plain title and the message exactly as typed.
