Add automated test for "Name strategies Kebab case strategy"

Existing automated coverage

• SlugEntityNameValidationTest#transformationWhenLowercaseAndDotsAllowedBetweenDigitsAndForbiddenWords: Unit level: kebab-case transformation with lowercase, dots between digits and forbidden words
• NameStrategiesIT#testSelectedStrategy: Selecting and saving the Kebab-case (Slug) strategy in the admin and checking the "test strategy" field, default options only
• NameStrategiesReplaceCharacterIT#transformNameAutomatically: Transform automatically + create page + check transformed name and kept title, but for the Replace Character strategy

Missing automated coverage

• In Administer Wiki > Editing > Name Strategies select Kebab-case, enable "Transform name automatically", disable "Validate names before saving".
• Enable "Conversion to Lowercase" and "Allow Dots", add the forbidden word "Forbidden", save.
• Create a page whose title has accents, spaces, special characters, dots and the forbidden word (e.g. the manual test value) and save it.
• Assert the page reference/URL is the expected kebab-case name (e.g. t-e-s-t8.9e-d) and the title is unchanged.
• Page object: NameStrategiesAdministrationSectionPage has no setters for lowercase, allow dots or forbidden words.
