Add automated test for "Translate a document in a different language from Information Tab"

Existing automated coverage

• LocalizationIT#changeLanguageInMultilingualModeUsingTheLanguageRequestParameter: Sets Multilingual, supported languages en,fr and default en through Administration > Localization.
• InplaceTranslateIT#translateInplace: On a non-terminal page, clicks the French missing translation in the Information tab, changes only the title, saves and asserts the FR title and locale information.
• EditTranslationIT#translateDocument: Translates a non-terminal page into en and fr (title and content) with the wiki editor, asserts each version, and lists the locales in the drawer (clickLocale without asserting the result).

Missing automated coverage

• For a terminal and a non-terminal page, edit the English version in WYSIWYG (title and content) and click Done
• From Information tab > Translations > French set the French title and content in WYSIWYG and click Done; assert the saved French title and content
• Switch languages from the drawer Languages menu and assert each language shows its own title and content
