Add automated test for "Translate page while editing in place"

Existing automated coverage

• LocalizationIT#changeLanguageInMultilingualModeUsingTheLanguageRequestParameter: Sets Multilingual, supported languages en,fr and default en through Administration > Localization.
• InplaceTranslateIT#translateInplace: Uses the in-place Translate button on a non-terminal page to create a translation, changes only the title, saves and asserts the translated title and locale information.
• InplaceTranslateIT#lockTranslationToCreate: With language=fr, clicks Translate from view mode and asserts the fr translation is being edited.

Missing automated coverage

• With the UI switched to French from the home page, hover the Traduire button and assert its tooltip 'Traduire cette page en français' (core.menu.translate.hint)
• Click Traduire and assert the page title field hint 'Vous êtes en train de modifier la traduction français. Débutez en traduisant le titre de la page.' (edit.inplace.page.translate.messageAfter)
• For a terminal and a non-terminal page change the title and content, click Enregistrer & fermer and assert the saved French title and content
• Switch languages from the drawer Languages menu and assert the en and fr versions each show their own title and content
• Add page object accessors for the tooltip and the title hint
