Add automated test for "Delete Application"

Existing automated coverage

• WizardIT#createApplication: Clicks Delete Application on the app home page, confirms Yes and asserts the app is no longer listed in the AWM apps live table (line 306)
• AppsLiveTableIT#deleteApplication: Deletes an app from the AWM apps live table with No/Yes confirmation and asserts it is no longer listed
• ApplicationsPanelEntryIT#applicationPanelEntry: Sets the app title and icon on the application home edit form (not through the wizard), asserts they are kept, and opens the app by clicking its title in the Applications panel (icon not asserted in the panel)

Missing automated coverage

• Create an application that has an Applications panel entry
• Open the application by clicking its entry in the Applications panel
• Click Delete Application and confirm with Yes
• Assert the application is no longer listed in the Applications panel (ApplicationsPanel#containsApplication is false)
