Add automated test for "Create Page And Search"

Existing automated coverage

• SolrSearchIT#verifySearchInLocale: Creates a page with title + content, searches the content on the Solr search page and asserts the content appears in the result highlights (de_DE/fr_FR/fr_BE default languages only, one page)
• SolrSearchIT#searchExclusions: Searching a content word on the Solr search page returns nested (WebHome) and terminal pages (no highlight assertion)
• SearchSuggestIT#verifySearchSuggestTitles: Searching a page title in the quick search lists it in 'Page titles' (no highlight assertion)

Missing automated coverage

• With the default English locale, create a WebHome page and a terminal page, each with a title and content; wait for the Solr queue
• Search a title word on the Solr search page and assert it is highlighted in the result title for both pages
• Search a content word and assert it is highlighted in the result snippets for both pages
• Optionally assert the same highlights in the quick search suggestions

Found by comparing the XWiki 18.4.4 manual test runs against the automated tests on master (a0055f10a1a).
