Inplace editing of block-level macros with non-generated content or parameters

Macros are currently edited through the Macro Edit modal. Some macros have non-generated content and / or parameters which could be edited in-place. Currently, the workaround is to use / create a custom BlockNote block, like in the case of the code macro. It would be nice to have a generic solution that works for most of these macros.
