Import content into BlockNote editor from office documents

CKEditor has a dialog (modal) that allows users to import the content of an office file into the edited content. See https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/CKEditor%20Integration/#HOfficeImport . It relies on the connection to the office server. We need to provide the same feature to BlockNote editor users.
