PDF Export does not include footnotes

    Description

      When exporting as PDF documents which contain footnotes the footnotes are not included ( references are ) and the following warning is generated in the logs:

      WARN area.AreaTreeModel - Page 1: Unresolved id reference "footnote_1_1" found.
