Reproduction

1. as an admin, go to Global Administration > Notifications
2. in the Custom Filters, create a filter by clicking Add Filter
3. select:
   1. a location
   2. notify of the event
   3. a new page is created
   4. leave both channel checked
4. click save

Result

Both a "Saved!" and a "Failed to save your settings" are displayed.
An entry is added to the livedata, but only displays the location and filter action. Trying to delete it doesn't work
