Write a bridge module as a way to access the old xwiki-core from components

Since the new components cannot link directly to the xwiki-core, but some components need to access XWikiDocuments, we should have a bridge module with several components that are implemented in the core. These components are only temporary until the model component is extracted from the core, and will be expanded/trimmed as needed.
