Image plugin does not resize .gif images

    Description

      The image plugin does not resize .gif images, when for example using the following code :

      <img src="$doc.getAttachmentURL('myimage.gif',downolad','width=50')">

      It should resize them, as the awt library used by the plugin support it, and .gif is still a format quite used in nature.
