Redirect is not correct in pages with unicode characters in name

I have page with unicode characters in name, "Na?e byty v zahrani?í". When i use some action which use paramter xredirect (for example remove comment), the name of page is mismatched and redirect doesnt work right.

For example page "Na?e byty v zahrani?í" has in "remove comment" link "http://localhost/xwiki/bin/objectremove/Main/Na?e+byty+v+zahrani?í?classname=XWiki.XWikiComments&classid=1&xredirect=http://wiki.sa.cz/xwiki/bin/view/Main/Na%C5%A1e+byty+v+zahrani%C4%8D%C3%AD"

By sending this action i get page "http://localhost/xwiki/bin/view/Main/Naae%20byty%20v%20zahrani" and this page doesnt exist.

I have the same settings like this http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/Encoding. All in UTF-8.
