Description
A user with an Euro sign 
in his password cannot login.
e.g. A user registers with the following settings:
Login ID: test
password: t?st
When the user clicks "register", the registration is accepted, but the user is unable to login with that password ("Wrong password" is always displayed)
The bug appears in 1.5.2 and 1.6M2. (tested with HSQLDB and MySQL)
