Complete migration of webdav related projects into trunk.

    Description

      Although all the projects are currently moved into trunk, there are some changes need to be done in order to complete the migration. These include,

      1. Fix the test cases on xwiki-webdav
      2. Add missing comments.
      3. Make xwiki-webdav a sub module of core.
      4. Give projects appropriate names.
