includeMacros pre-parsing should be more flexible in detecting the included documents

Currently, it only works with exactly #includeMacros("Space.Document"), and fails to detect the inclusion if simple quotes are used instead of double quotes, or if spaces are placed around the parameter, which is valid velocity macro call. This causes sometimes the macros to be unrecognized when displaying a document for the first time, but after a refresh to function properly.
